Revenue Share

Founding labels and rights holders retain 80% of all net sales revenue generated through shindigsDNB Digital.

shindigsDNB Digital retains 20% of net sales revenue.

No Upload Fees

There are no setup fees, upload fees, subscription fees or annual fees.

Labels may submit:

• New Releases

• Back Catalogue Releases

• Exclusive Content

free of charge.

Rights Ownership

Labels retain full ownership of all copyrights, master recordings and intellectual property.

Submission to shindigsDNB Digital does not transfer ownership of any content.

Non-Exclusive Distribution

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all releases are supplied to shindigsDNB Digital on a non-exclusive basis.

Labels remain free to distribute their music through other platforms and retailers.

Payments

Revenue reports and payments will be provided on a quarterly basis.

Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPal.

Promotion

shindigsDNB Digital may feature releases across:

• Website Features

• Social Media

• Email Campaigns

• Festival & Event Activations

for the purpose of promoting music available on the platform.

Removal Requests

Labels may request removal of releases at any time by contacting shindigsDNB Digital.

Reasonable notice may be required to process removal requests.
