RETURNS & REFUNDS
At ShindigsDNB, we want you to be happy with your order.
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused and in original condition
• With tags attached
• In original packaging where applicable
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at shindigsdnb@gmail.com so we can put it right.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns for:
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or made-to-order products (where applicable)
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch before returning it.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like a different size or item, the quickest option is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Where a return is approved due to a fault or fulfilment error, return postage costs will be covered by us.
EU 14-DAY COOLING OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, in accordance with consumer regulations.
Returned items must still be unworn, unused, with tags attached and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process this).
