We're not an open distribution service, and we don't take on large catalogues or automatically release every submission.
Instead, we build direct relationships around individual projects we genuinely believe in.

Every project is considered on its own merits.
We're looking for music with identity, quality and character — whether that's deep and minimal, technical, dark, heavy or something that simply stands apart from the crowd.
If we believe a release is right for shindigsDNB digital, we'll discuss the project directly with the artist or label behind it.
There are no automatic acceptances and no obligation to release everything submitted.
How It Works
1. We Discuss The Release
We talk directly with the artist or label about the music, the project and whether shindigsDNB digital is the right home for it.
2. We Agree The Terms
For selected exclusive releases, we agree an upfront payment and an exclusive digital period with the artist or label.
3. We Prepare The Release
Once the project is agreed, we work with you to collect the final audio, artwork and release information needed to build the digital release properly.
4. We Release It
The release is made available through shindigsDNB digital as a high-quality WAV download and promoted through the wider shindigsDNB platform where appropriate.
What We Handle
Release Setup
We create the dedicated product page and ensure the release information is presented clearly and professionally.
Digital Delivery
We handle the digital download setup and delivery of the final WAV files to customers.
Metadata
We make sure the release information is correctly presented, including artist, title, catalogue number, genre and format.
Promotion
Where appropriate, releases can be supported through shindigsDNB social channels, editorial content, archive features and other promotional opportunities.
Direct Communication
You'll deal directly with shindigsDNB throughout the project. No unnecessary layers and no automated submission process standing between us.
What We Need From You
If your release is selected, we'll need the final materials required to prepare it for release.
This will typically include:
✓ Final WAV master(s)
✓ Final artwork
✓ Correct artist and release information
✓ Catalogue and metadata details
✓ Confirmation that you have the necessary rights to provide the release
We'll discuss everything with you before the release is prepared.
Exclusive Digital Releases
Our current model is focused on selected exclusive digital releases.
For an agreed exclusive period, shindigsDNB digital receives exclusive digital rights to make the release available through the platform.
The artist or label receives the agreed upfront payment, providing a straightforward arrangement without relying on future download sales to determine the payment received for the release.
The exact terms are agreed directly for each project.
More Than A Download Store
shindigsDNB digital sits within the wider shindigsDNB ecosystem.
That gives selected releases the opportunity to be supported beyond the digital product itself, with potential exposure through clothing, editorial, artist and label features, archive content, social media and other shindigsDNB projects.
Not every release will receive every form of promotion, but where there's a natural opportunity to support the music, we'll use it.
The aim is simple: give good music a proper home and help it reach the right audience.
